Payment modalities and insurance
We electronically send your claim to your insurance if your contract allows it. The fees have to be paid in totality at the end of each appointment and your insurance will refund you, according to the agreement that you have with them.
If your insurance uses the Dentaide service, you only need to pay the non-covered fees by your insurance plan. It is important to know that our fees are fixed according to the guide of the Association des chirurgiens-dentistes du Quebec (ACDQ) and that all of our fees are the same whether you have insurance or not. It is the law. If you have a second insurance, we can give you a form to claim the non-covered fees of your primary insurance.
The duty of our professional team is to offer the treatments for your needs in order to maintain a good oral health.
Sometimes, your insurance contract doesn’t suit your needs. It is possible that your insurance does not cover all the expenses.
Since there are many different types of insurance, it is impossible for us to know all the aspects of the agreements of our patients. However, we are here to assist you if you have any questions and it will be our pleasure to help you fill out all the required forms.
We can, if requested, give you a form listing questions to ask your insurance provider so that you can be well informed of your dental plan.
It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan and to pay the totality of your fees at every appointment. We cannot be held accountable.
